Sales Process
The first meeting is just a brief fact finder about the current state of your online presence, your expectations of your website, and giving
you an idea of what we can do for you. We will then go away and assess your website, and all the aspects that affect your
sites current rankings.
Step 1) Site reviews. We will review your site from a SEO perspective, both on and off site, to
gauge your current level of optimisation. We also look into what keyword you are currently ranking for in the search
engines. We analyse back links and all other relevant factors, and produce a small, plain English report for you.
Secondly, we look into your competitors’ web sites. There is a lot of helpful information here, including the keywords they are
targeting and their current rankings. From this, we will be in a position to give you a competitor report. Where they are and
why they got there. we can then use this information to decide what needs to be done to your site to raise above them in the
search engines, giving you the traffic.
Once these reviews are complete, we can create a marketing plan for your website. This will provide time scales and costs, along with
expected rank increases and anticipated traffic levels.
Step 2)
On site SEO. This will be based on my findings from the site review, and will improve the keywords and descriptions of each main page of
your site. This is very important, as it provides a good foundation for future SEO and link building. Choosing the right keywords for
your site will make the whole link building effort both more effective and also cost less, as we choose keywords that are easier to rank
highly for.
Step 3)
Link building. This is the good bit! We will obtain links from various sources, and each of these links will be like a vote for
your site in the search engines eyes. The more votes, the more important that page must be...so the search engine will rank that page
higher for the chosen key words. How many links do you need? More than your competitors basically, but the quality of the links also
counts.
